2011 is certainly the year we expected it to be, we have a lot of financial and headcount targets in place to get us geared up for our visions of the future of Vertex.
With another 3 additions to the team we're happy to have Kieran, Ashley on board as trainees and Marcin joining as a consultant within the Java/PHP markets.
Our ongoing development of our trainees has already seen one move out of our "boot camp" within 4 weeks setting a new record!
It seems our efforts in attracting talented people into our business is bearing fruit and with our continual growth through 2011, we're already looking forward to what 2012 will bring for our new blood!
Again we look forward to all of our new starters achieving at a high level and growing a strong recruitment career with Vertex.
