Permanent
We provide the best permanent Software and Hardware Engineers as well as Systems, Support (Field Service Engineers, Consultants, etc.) and managerial staff as required. Our specialist experience and knowledge sees us achieve a higher than average send-to-interview to placement ratio. We guarantee not to waste your time with non-relevant CVs and all of our applicants will be pre-qualified and fully briefed on both the company and the vacancy.
Contract
We supply quality contract staff within all of our existing specialist areas. We apply the same levels of professionalism to the contract side of the business as we do to the permanent.
Campaign management
When required, Vertex can combine a contingency search with a targeted advertising campaign. If this was considered the best approach, we would complete a detailed evaluation of the potential benefits of a variety of press and electronic media. Vertex will manage the design and placement of advertising for appropriate media.
The response campaign would be monitored and relevant applications telephone-interviewed. A potential short list would then be drawn up interviews arranged. We will then follow the process through to placement.
Search and selection
When highly specialist or senior appointments are required, we can undertake a full market study, identify potential candidates, interview and shortlist suitable clients. This service requires us to work very closely with clients to ensure our mutual success.
Managed agency
Good candidates are becoming harder to find, and the effect this has on already overstretched HR facilities can be devastating, particularly when your existing Preferred Supplier List (PSL) is simply not hitting these rising targets.
We can establish and fully manage a second tier of agencies. This gives you a single point of contact (including invoicing), enabling you to work with many more agencies and therefore a larger pool of quality candidates.
