Mark's remit is to take Vertex's excellent reputation for high technology and IT recruitment services in the UK and develop the brand across Europe.

Edward has worked in Technology Recruitment since graduating University in 2000, he has been a hands on manager placing well over 400 people personally and managing teams of consultants to deliver permanent and contract staffing solutions throughout Europe and Internationally. Edward is focused on driving Vertex growth to a market leader in high technology recruitment in Europe,
delivering recognised best of breed solutions. 

Richard Evans
Corporate Accounts Manager


Richard has over 15 years multi-sector recruitment experience spanning sectors as diverse as Investment Banking through to Public Sector.  In recent years he has been responsible for the management of large, cross-functional teams delivering complex recruitment solutions to demanding clients where he has developed and enabled his teams to provide best practice solutions whilst ensuring both client and candidate have the best possible experience. 

In his role as Corporate Account Manager at Vertex, Richard has overall responsibility for all PSL clients across the UK, this list includes some of the largest and universally well-known global brands. His time is split between managing the dedicated Corporate Delivery team, meeting Vertex’s many clients and identifying Senior individuals for specific roles.


Jay Gohil
Divisional Manager - IT Sales



Jay has worked in recruitment for 3 years, joining Vertex in early 2011. Jay has developed into managing the IT Sales Division and the internal recruitment function for Vertex and supporting training and development of new recruits into the business. Jay's challenge is in developing new talent into the business into top recruitment professionals who will turn Vertex into a Global Market Leader within the high technology sector.
