Humilis Consulting are hiring internally for various expert areas / skills sets that are focused on the successful delivery of SuccessFactors Transformation programmes that are imminently kicking off or have just got underway. These programmes will run over the next few years.

30 Country Full suite SuccessFactors Implementation and HR Transformation and company merger(s) impacting approx. 5000+ employees. Migrating from SAP on-premise solutions.
Employee central due to go live by the end of 2017.
Further SuccessFactors modules to go live throughout 2018. Wave 2 = Succession Planning and LMS.
* Worked on at least on end to end SuccessFactors implementation project as a Project Manager or Lead.
* At Least 5 Years of Project Management Experience
* At Least 8 Years of HRIS / HCM experience is needed.
* Note it is not relevant to have an SAP / SuccessFactors certification.
* Employee Central Experience is essential (due to wave 1 focus).
Objective / Tasks:
The Project Manager will play an active and leading role in the Global HR Systems implementation and transformation focused around the SuccessFactors solutions, specifically Employee Central in the first wave of delivery until Q4 2017.
The Project Manager will lead a project team of specialist resources focused on the end to end delivery of the aforementioned solutions and processes. This will be orchestrated alongside a change expert and solution architect as well as the selected systems integrator.
This role will report to the Director of HR who is the programme sponsor.
