Operational Support Engineer
I am working with an excellent, global consulting company who partner with the worlds most well-known organisations to provide advance management solutions. My client are building a dedicated support team for the rest of the business in order to manage and maintain some of their biggest products globally.
Jenkins, Terraform, Ansible, Github, AWS.
Your role will be (but not limited to):
- Excecute business requests relating to infrastructure change using existing tooling
- Excecute data/ attachment migration
- Resolve production incidents relating to infrastructure and hosting issues, network errors in browser console, service outages (not relating to configuration issues or application bugs).
Main focus will be on change and incident management on a single tenant architecture with troubleshooting, documentation etc.
6 month rolling contract based 30 minutes from Brussels. Must be on-site.
