Working in partnership with a FTSE 250 who were embarking (2015) on a £30m business transformation programme, aiming at modernising the current IT Tools that are used, streamlining processes and making the way we work more effective whilst replacing out of date systems and introducing new technology to improve the efficiencies of their processes. Vertex were engaged to source the Senior Management team consisting of 1 Programme Manager, 3 Data Project Managers and also 1 Business Change Manager.
Due to our team of talent specialists within the Business Transformation space we were able to bring a shortlist together quickly and efficiently with a solution that encompassed purely interims who started on the project within 2 months of receiving the request. Further we were also able to swap out our interim’s at a critical point in the programme, allowing us to bring to bear a slightly different skills set to ensure programme success.
The programme is running to time and budget and the client is delighted with the transformation that is well underway. The use of Vertex instead of a more expensive consultancy business has enabled the customer to not only save a significant sum in fees and charges but also allowed them to hire exactly the fit that they need in order to deliver the solution, leveraging the flexibility inherent within our solution.
