Leading global Insurance and ReInsurance organisation seeks an experienced IT Business Analyst with good experience in Workflow and Business Process Management areas with any knowledge of Pega, K2 etc.
You should be an experienced Business Analyst with excellent requirements capture, functional and technical specifcation skills, solid UAT experience and must be an excellent communicator with the ability to face off to senior IT and Business stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have as many of the following skills as possible:
* At least 7 years' experience of taking on Business Analysis roles for significant IT implementations.
* At least 3 years' experience of taking on Business Analysis roles for significant IT workflow platform implementations e.g. Pega, K2, etc.
* Knowledge and experience of the full project life cycle, from feasibility through to post-live support.
Familiarity with the Reinsurance or Insurance Market (Lloyd's / London Mark also preferable), including a good awareness of business processes, issues and initiatives. Background in a regulated environment is required.
