Application Support Specialist

THE ROLE

We are looking to hire tech support specialist, who will be in charge of supporting enterprise platform across customer base globally.

What you will be doing:

* Being in charge of driving business analysis with clients
* Technical application support - resolving technical queries and communicating solutions directly to clients via ticketing tool
* Supporting and implementing clients' requirements and data integration
* Monitoring and responding to open tickets submitted through an incident management system
* Assigning priority and managing requests and incidents

Essential Skills

* Solid experience in troubleshooting and working with SQL
* Knowledge of MS SQL Server, SQL Server, SSRS and SSIS
* Analytical thinking and the ability to understand and solve complex technical problems quickly
* Experience with ITIL processes
* Customer focus
* Fluency in English
